Albatroz Engineering is a member of the Portuguese-French chamber of commerce also from 2009. Such as with the link to BPCC, the purpose is to promote the meeting with peers. Due to the strong historical links between the electrical industry in Portugal and France and the influence of CIGRÉ, this association is quite important. Since 2011, Albatroz Engineering is selling its services in France.

Albatroz Engineering was a founding member of IST spin-off, a network of Instituto Superior Técnico of Universidade Técnica de Lisboa on November 19th, 2009. The purpose of the network is to reinforce connections between faculty and companies borne as a result of research activities at IST.

Observit is a portuguese engineering company specialised in real-time video recording and image processing. Observit has been a key partner in the development of real-time video recording and the Airborne Digital Recording System is based on technology from Observit and its associates, modified to include localisation metadata.
