Alberto Vale

 

PhD, former member

Alberto Manuel Martinho Vale was a R&D Engineer and co-founder of Albatroz. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering. He specialised in Mobile Robotics, Signal Processing, Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping [SLAM].

He left the company in 2008 to resume research on mobile robots at his faculty, Instituto Superior Técnico.

Personal Interests

His personal interests encompass scuba diving, photography; music; web design.
